Meet Our Founder: Jess Wiggins.

Impact Coaching International is founded by Jess Wiggins, an ICF accredited Coach and former lawyer.

As a lawyer and Deputy Head of a successful law firm, Jess was driven by a desire to make a positive difference in the world, but burnout and a lack of fulfilment in the legal sector led Jess to take a significant change in direction.

Jess made the decision to leave her successful legal career and retrain as a Business and Leadership Coach, combining her strategic mindset with her passion for people.

She went on to found Impact Coaching International, where she now partners with leaders around the world to help them lead exceptionally and create lasting impact.
